Information to help you prepare your purchase and contact Billonchok.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Order details

The form asks for your first name, last name and phone number to prepare your purchase enquiry; for delivery it also asks for your address and directions. Your ID number and email are optional for this enquiry. If you place an order, the details needed for invoicing will be requested. You can contact the team directly without completing the form.

Local storage (localStorage)

We use localStorage, browser storage on your device, for your cart, language, theme and enquiry reference. A draft containing personal details is saved between visits only if you enable the remember option. Closing your browser does not necessarily delete saved data. This storage does not automatically send it to Billonchok and is not used for advertising or tracking across websites.

Cart and preferences

We save the products in your cart, their quantities, prices and image references to restore your selection, along with your language and light or dark theme preferences. The site does not set an automatic expiry for this data: it remains until you change or delete it, or your browser clears it.

Form draft

By default, the form keeps your details only in page memory while it stays open, including internal navigation; reloading or closing the page clears them. If you enable “Remember my details”, this browser saves first name, last name, phone, email, province, city, address and directions, plus delivery and payment options, form step and last save time. Your ID number is excluded from the stored draft. It is valid for 7 days from the last save; each save restarts that period. You can disable this option at any time without preventing an enquiry.

Enquiry reference

When you prepare a purchase enquiry, we save a reference code, products, quantities, prices, delivery option and creation date. This keeps the reference when you prepare the same enquiry again. It is valid for 7 days from creation and may be replaced sooner if you change the products, their quantities or the delivery option.

When expired data is deleted

The site checks the draft’s age when loading the form and the reference’s age when preparing an enquiry. It deletes or replaces expired records at that point. The browser does not delete them simply because 7 days have passed: if you do not use those features again, the records may remain on your device until you or your browser delete them.

How to delete or limit storage

Unchecking “Remember my details” deletes the stored draft and keeps what you are typing only in memory. “Delete my saved details” clears the form, deletes the draft and reference, and turns off remembering; it keeps your cart, language and theme. Drafts from the previous version are deleted when you open the form. To clear everything, delete Billonchok’s site data in your browser’s privacy settings. Some preferences are saved again when you use the site. You can restrict storage, although some features may stop remembering your details. On a shared device, clear your details when finished. This does not delete messages already shared through WhatsApp.

Sharing with WhatsApp

When you open WhatsApp, your form details and order summary are included in the message link. WhatsApp receives this information; review its privacy policy. You must send the message and receive confirmation from our team to place an order.

Hosting and contact

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical connection data to serve and protect it. When you open a WhatsApp link, that service receives the information included in it and applies its own terms. These providers may process information outside Ecuador; see their linked policies. For questions about your data, use the Billonchok email address on this page.

Purposes and legal basis

Preparing your enquiry and arranging your order are steps before a contract requested by you and, if you purchase, performance of that relationship. Applicable invoicing data will be processed to meet legal obligations. Remembering the draft between visits depends on your voluntary choice, which you can withdraw by unchecking the option. This choice does not authorise advertising messages.

Messages and retention outside your browser

The draft’s 7-day period does not apply to messages sent by WhatsApp or email, payment receipts or order documents. Clearing your browser does not delete those copies. You can ask about retention or request deletion through the contact email; legal duties to keep certain documents may limit deletion.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access, correction, updating, deletion, objection, portability or suspension of processing, as applicable, and withdraw consent for uses that rely on it. Email the contact address with your request and a reply channel; provide only the information needed to identify it. You may complain to Ecuador’s Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales (SPDP). This form does not profile you or make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
