This website presents products and lets you prepare purchase enquiries for delivery within Ecuador or collection in Zamora. Visiting does not confirm a purchase or give consent to optional uses of your data. Contact us before paying for other destinations or trade agreements.

The cart and form prepare a WhatsApp message. Check products, quantities, details and delivery before sending it. Opening WhatsApp or generating a reference does not confirm availability, payment or a purchase: the order requires agreement with our team on those details. Keep the confirmation message and payment receipt.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The summary shows products and shipping; nationwide delivery costs $6.00 USD per order and collection has no shipping charge. Before transferring payment, confirm availability, the final total, applicable taxes and invoicing details. The website displays bank transfer and QR options; verify the recipient in your banking app. Sending a receipt requires payment verification. A correction on the website does not authorise unilateral changes to an agreed purchase.
4. Delivery and collection
Check coverage, address and delivery or collection dates before paying. Dates are agreed when the order is confirmed. See the shipping page for the collection location. Report any issue through the contact channels with your reference so a solution can be arranged.
5. Product information and images
Check ingredients, allergens, storage and presentation before ordering. Nutrition tables reproduce available labels and do not replace complete product information. Photographs may be retouched or affected by lighting; this does not permit delivery of a product with essential characteristics different from those offered or limit your rights in the event of a defect.
6. Cancellations, returns and complaints
See the returns policy linked on this page. You can report a cancellation or issue by email or WhatsApp, stating the reference and what happened. Your applicable statutory rights remain in place, including those relating to defective products or products different from those offered. Using these channels does not prevent you from contacting the competent authorities.
7. Privacy and content
The privacy policy explains the form, storage in your browser and sharing with WhatsApp. Saving a draft between visits is optional and does not authorise advertising.
